  • Many factors can affect the construction timeframe: Weather, Availability of material and labor, Inspection processes, etc. However, in general it takes about 90-120 days to build most homes in this area. If Brookson believes your home will take longer than this amount of time, our Building staff will be sure to discuss it with you up front.

  • We suggest that you contact a professional mortgage banker for proper qualification and disclosure advice. You have the right to shop and compare rates, but our experience with numerous lenders in our 75+ years of combined experience leads us to suggest you contact Paul Syptak with Prime Lending or Steve Harding with First Financial both local lenders in our area.

  • This more often than not is a personal decision based upon lifestyle and desires. Living in a rural, unincorporated setting typically provides a lower tax rate and/or the opportunity to remove water bills and water rationing from any municipality.

  • Brookson Builders has a firm commitment to clearly disclose the amenities to be provided within the standard purchase price of each community. Every neighborhood has a customized amenity structure, along with a model option sheet for each community, in which we provide new homes to future residents. Be sure to ask a Brookson Builders staff person any questions you might have. Not understanding what you are purchasing is never the standard with Brookson.
