If Brookson believes your home will take longer than this amount of time, our Building staff will be sure to discuss it with you up front.

  • Brookson Builders has a firm commitment to clearly disclose the amenities to be provided within the standard purchase price of each community. Every neighborhood has a customized amenity structure, along with a model option sheet for each community, in which we provide new homes to future residents.
