Our Vision

STEPS TO BUYING A BROOKSON BUILDERS HOME
We are very thankful that you have chosen us to build your new home. In order to better assist you, here are a few steps to follow when building a Brookson Builders Home
01. Lot Reservations
Reserve the lot of your choice
Reserving a lot is simple. All it takes is a refundable $2,500 deposit with Brookson Builders.
02. Select A House Plan
Choose a home plan that best suits your needs.
Seek assistance from your Sales Counselor, to become familiarized with the standard amenities in the home plan that you have chosen.
03. Options to Customize Your New Home
Before finalizing the paperwork on your new home, you may preview your design in our decorating center.
You will be contacted by our Decorator once your lot reservation is processed. This will give you the opportunity to look at any and all options that you may want to add to customize your new home.
04. Select a Mortgage Company
This selection is final once you write your contract.

05. Contract Stage
At this time there will be no additional fees.
Your $2,500 lot reservation deposit will now be considered your initial earnest money deposit. At this time there will be no additional fees.
06. Blueprint Stage
When your blueprints are complete, your sales counselor will call you and set up a pre-construction meeting, with the superintendent.
This meeting allows you to look over your blue prints and discuss the procedure of construction. Once you have completed your pre-construction meeting, we will then start construction of your new home, approximately 4-6 weeks later.
07. Meetings Throughout Construction
Your next construction meeting will be held when the home is ready to be sheet rocked. (Pre-Sheetrock meeting)
Once your home is ready for a 1st Walk-Thru – We give each homeowner the option of either hiring a 3rd party inspector or walking the home with a member of our construction team.
