Designed to allow motivated agents to reach the highest level of bonuses. Earn extra commission bonuses for each level. Top 10 agents program… this realtor bonus program will offer prizes to the top 10 agents at the end of the year ~ prizes are going to be items such as:
EXCLUSIVE EVENTS – CASH – GIVEAWAYS – EXCITING DESTINATION GETAWAYS.
*Must have a minimum of 20 points and at least 1 home sale to qualify for top 10 prizes*
How To Earn Points

- 15 points for selling a new build job
- 13 points for selling an inventory home (if sold before sheetrock is hung)
- 10 points for selling an inventory home (if sold after sheetrock is hung)
- 7 points for attending a Brookson Builders Open House with clients
- 5 points for hosting a team meeting at a Brookson Builders model home
- 5 points for referring another realtor to Brookson Builders that results in a closed sale (Brookson Builders must be notified via email of this referral prior to the contract being executed)
- 5 points for each review written for us on sites such as Google, Yelp, or Angie’s list
- 5 points for clients using preferred lender (Steve Harding) in the Brookson sale
- 2 points for making an appointment to tour a Brookson Builders model home
- 2 points for attending a virtual event hosted by Brookson Builders
- 2 points for registering a client and setting an appointment for them to view a home if the realtor can’t make it
- 1 point for every follow on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Pinterest
