We weren’t completely committed to buying a new house until we saw the Brookson Builders homes…my wife and I submitted an offer as soon as we could after walking through an open house. The homes are very high quality with a lot of attention to detail and taste. The whole team from sales all the way to the builder/owner are great people and easy to work with. I have had bad experiences with corporate home builders in the past and Brookson erased my skepticism. They are not the mass cookie-cutter builder that cuts corners on quality. We purchased a home from Brookson Builders and are in LOVE with it! They add all the extra special finishes like barn doors, barn wood mantles, accent walls , double ovens, and cabinets to the ceiling. Overall we had a great experience with Brookson. The two area that weren’t 5 stars were the warranty follow up and closing date. Both of these areas were significantly delayed. However, they were always great about fixing problems and addressing concerns. We are happy home owners of a beautiful Brookson home.

We had our home built in 2017 from the ground up. They did a greatjob. Any problems we had were addressed and fixed. They workedvery hard to make us very happy and they did a great job followingthrough w/ their word. Were mistakes made, yes but, they were fixedright away. They worked very hard to get us in on time. The delay wasnot there fault. Due to rain and a hurricane, our grass had to comefrom another state (they were finishing laying the grass the day wemoved in). All the subs they use have worked very hard to make ushappy. great company to work with. India White, worked hard to makesure we were 100% satisfied! We are so pleased and happy with ourbeautiful home!
