Image Guidelines for Neighborhoods

When uploading images for neighborhoods, use the following formatting for Alt Text and Captions (if applicable). This ensures accessibility, consistency, and strong SEO.

Alt Text Format: [Neighborhood Name] – New Homes in [City, State]

Example: Arbor Hills – New Homes in Poolville, Texas

Adding Neighborhoods to the Main Menu

Go to Appearance → Menus in the WordPress dashboard.
Select the Main Menu from the dropdown (if not already selected).
In the left column, check the desired Neighborhood under “Neighborhoods & Communities.”
Click Add to Menu → Drag to desired order.
Click Save Menu to publish changes.

Using Draw Attention (Floor Plan Detail Images)

Draw Attention allows you to create interactive floor plan images where users can hover over or click specific areas to view more information.
In this video, you’ll learn how to:

Upload and set your floor plan image.
Define clickable hotspot areas.
Add titles and descriptions for each area.
Assign your custom style (Brookson Custom Theme).
Save and update your interactive floor plan.

This tool helps buyers quickly understand the layout and features of each floor plan in an engaging, visual way.

When uploading property images, please follow the specified formats for Alt Text and Captions. This ensures consistency, improves accessibility, and enhances SEO.

Exterior Images: Use the following format for images that show the property’s external view:

Alt Text Format: Front view of [Property Type] at [Property Address], [City, State Zip]

Example: Front view of single-family home at 1024 Arbor Hills Court, Poolville, Texas 76487

Interior Images: For images capturing specific rooms or interior details, use this format:
